  We pre-paid for an order of cat trees two months ago and have yet to see a single cat tree. The order has been delayed three times. Every time we call to check the status of our order, we get a handful of excuses and no results. We do not recommend doing business with Cat Tree Kingdom. NEVER agree to pre-pay.
